3x3 Connections
A Professional Networking Initiative for Emerging Professionals
Three Conversations. Three Mentors. Three Months.
The AIA West Virginia 3x3 Connections program is designed to help emerging professionals build meaningful relationships with experienced architects and peers from across the state.
Rather than traditional one-to-one mentoring, participants join a small cohort for a series of guided conversations focused on professional growth, career development, and leadership. The format reflects the unique nature of West Virginia's architectural community—connecting members across geographic regions, firm sizes, and areas of practice while encouraging lasting professional relationships.
WHY 3x3?
West Virginia's architecture community is small, diverse, and geographically dispersed. The 3x3 Connections program creates opportunities for emerging professionals to connect with architects from around the state.
Participants gain insight from multiple perspectives while expanding their professional network within AIA West Virginia.

-
