CRAFTSMANSHIP AWARD ENTRY SUBMISSION

Submission Fee: $225 per entry, non refundable

Multi-line address

A concise narrative describing the craftsmanship, materials, process, and reason for nomination.

Minimum of three (3) and maximum of six (6) images that best capture the craftsmanship. Additional sketches, drawings, or illustrations (optional but encouraged).

Documentation verifying the nominating AIA WV member.
